Meet your local team

Dennis de Bono
Branch Manager
I grew up in Marlow and have a BSc (Hons) degree in Criminology and Sociology from Brunel University. I started my first estate agency job in 1997 and have loved it ever since. I’ve worked in both town and village settings and I joined Tim Russ & Company in 2014. I live in Bourne End and I have a young son who manages to fill most of my free time. I like to travel and enjoy country walks, music, tennis and current affairs. I also have a passion for flying and have my private pilot’s licence. I must be one of the only members of staff who knows Buckinghamshire and South Oxfordshire equally as well from the air as on the ground!

Jack Armstrong
Assistant Manager
I’ve spent the past 10 years working in estate agency, gaining valuable experience across both sales and lettings. I’m passionate about helping people find the right property and pride myself on building genuine relationships and delivering great service. I love the satisfaction that comes with helping clients move onto their next chapter. Outside of work, I’m always up for an adventure, whether it’s travelling and discovering new cultures, playing a round of golf, or simply spending quality time with friends.

Henry Jennings
Sales Negotiator
Born and raised in the Chilterns, I have a wealth of knowledge of the local area. I joined Tim Russ in 2023. I have always had a keen interest in property and my father especially enjoyed his time as an estate agent in the Princes Risborough area. One of the things I most like about estate agency is that every day is different. I’m a keen driver and enjoy riding motorcycles when the weather permits. I also enjoy travelling and experimenting and tasting different and new foods.

Laura Mullen
Senior Lettings Manager
I have worked in estate agency for many years and joined Tim Russ and Company in 2015. I live locally and enjoy travelling, spending time with my family and walking. I love a challenge and have completed The Ridgeway and The Thames Path with one of my Landlords who decided to join me.

Colin Foster
Lettings Manager
I already had four years’ estate agency experience when I joined Tim Russ & Company in April 2015 and have been putting that to good use running lettings for our Thame, Haddenham and Princes Risborough offices. I live in Berkhamsted with my partner and our three children. In my spare time, I enjoy walking with the family and our dogs and socialising with friends. In 2012, I was privileged to serve as a Games Maker at the Olympics. I learnt sign language for the role and am now a fluent ‘signer’.

Jamie Heinink
Sales Assistant
Graduating from Manchester University in 1989 with a BSc Hons in Modern Languages and European Studies, I spent eight years in Europe working in IT management. A lifelong passion for architecture and design led me to return to the UK at 30 to study Interior Design and launch a successful property renovation business. While house-hunting, I joined Tim Russ as a part-time viewings assistant—a role I love for its perfect blend of people and property. Outside work, I’m passionate about travel, especially in North Africa and the Middle East, having followed the Nile from Khartoum to Alexandria and slept under desert stars—experiences that continue to inspire me.
