Grant Smith
Branch Manager
Growing up in Buckinghamshire, I have spent over a decade working for the largest agency in the UK taking the office to number 1 in their group, winning multiple team and individual awards and accolades. More recently I worked in Kensington dealing with a variety of homes with clients from all around the world. My downtime is spent in the gym or playing golf, tennis and padel and being a lifelong Chelsea fan has certainly had its ups and downs. I’m often found at local town markets with a strong interest in local produce as a keen chef with a love of Seafood and Korean cuisine.

Mark West
Sales Manager
Born in High Wycombe and educated locally, I started my estate agency career in 1987, predominately working in South Buckinghamshire. In 2016 I started at Tim Russ & Co offering a great deal of experience and passion for the industry. This has allowed me to give a well-balanced opinion when it comes to anyone looking to buy or sale locally. I have lived in Prestwood since 2006 and have raised three beautiful girls who all now live their own lives, thankfully locally to me. When I am not working I do enjoy most sports, especially watching rugby, having followed Wasps for many years. I am also kept very busy with five cats who unfortunately do like to bring in the odd present.

Michele Buckingham
Senior Sales Negotiator
My career in Estate Agency began at Rodgers Estate Agents in my hometown of Chalfont St Peter. I started as the Saturday viewing agent and went on to become Lettings Manager there. After 10 years at the company, I went on to pursue other avenues, but I finally came back to work in my favourite industry at Hilton King and Locke Estate Agents in Farnham Common. I learnt a lot about the Sales side of the business, which is now my passion, and I love meeting and dealing with our clients to try and find them their perfect home!
In my personal life, I live with my partner, and I have three gorgeous sons, two cats and a cute little Maltipoo dog, so I’m always super busy! I enjoy going to the gym, country walks and dining out whenever possible!

Rob Shuttleworth MARLA
Senior Lettings Manager
With 14 years of experience in the property industry, I have had the privilege of working with both independent agencies and a globally recognised company, gaining a comprehensive understanding of lettings along the way. My passion for property is matched by my love for the local area of Beaconsfield, where I have developed a deep knowledge of the market and community.
Outside of work, I’m an active individual who enjoys running, going to the gym, hiking, and exploring the world through photography and travel. These pursuits not only keep me energised but also help me stay grounded and inspired, bringing a fresh perspective to my professional life.

Justine Heys
Letting Assistant
I’ve worked for Tim Russ & Company for 14 years, the majority of that time as part of the busy lettings team in Beaconsfield. My background is in strategy and marketing, having graduated with a Business Degree and I spent a number of years working as a Strategy Consultant and for O2. I left the corporate world behind to focus on raising my two boys, the youngest who has now gone off to university. Besides keeping them on the straight and narrow, my time outside of work is spent running and in the gym, cooking healthy food and spending time with friends and family.

Sue Withey
Property Manager
Sue has over 30 years’ experience in the property market and joined Kathi Taylor in 2008 where she helps to run the busy and successful Lettings Department in Beaconsfield. She is an excellent communicator and utilises these skills daily in her busy role as Assistant Lettings Manager. Sue lives in Bourne End and has a grown-up son plus a daughter who lives in Australia. Free time is spent at the gym, socialising with friends, reading, writing for pleasure, coastal and country walks, and European and International travel when time allows!

Kathi Taylor, BA (Hons ) FCIB FARLA DipM
Senior Property Manager
I started my career in marketing before moving into Estate Agency. I now have nearly 30 years’ experience in the profession.
I live in Bourne End with my husband and dog. I’m a keen racquetball player, so my tine is divided between long walks with the dog, playing racquetball and cheering on my favourite football team – Arsenal.

Julie Burns
Executive Assistant
Over the years, I’ve developed a broad set of transferable skills across multiple industries and departments – including Local Government, IT, Pharmaceutical and working in a local school as a SEN Learning Assistant.
I joined Tim Russ in 2023 and haven’t looked back since! As Executive Assistant, my role is wonderfully varied — from handling Payroll, HR and general admin support to making the odd cuppa!
Outside of work, my time revolves around my family. When I can, I love going to music events and catching a show in the West End. I also enjoy getting lost (sometimes literally!) exploring the English countryside with my beloved dog, discovering new walking routes along the way

Gary Taylor
Property Management
I’m a creative soul with a Country music calling and dreaming of Nashville in the two stepping Shires. I’m London born and moved to Bourne End 25 years ago to tour establishments like The Bounty, The Saracens, The Frog in Skirmett and many more while working for Nortel in Maidenhead. After being hijacked in Peru and taken hostage on Machu Picchu by an Inca tribe, escaping on a llama with an Alpaca jumper, I’ve learnt to live life to the full. I gained an abundance of knowledge from attending Brighton Polytechnic, and this lead to a career delivering Telecoms systems all over the world before finally turning my hand 5 years ago to deliver property management services in the Tim Russ Lettings team.
